Was trying to update my song compilation. But not been listening to radio consistently or rather I just cant remember the song title ( due to aging problem), I dint really know how to begin with?!? The songs titles were just Mars Language to me!! I can only random pick and cross my fingers hoping that the song was nice after like 10mins of waiting ( some even longer). Stoopid server, damn slow.
Heard this song from FM933 by dunno who ( the only clue being the singer is a female) from dunno where. Was trying to guess the song title by picking the latest songs uploaded. So far, kinda unsuccessful. Grrr.. Sometimes, u would have this feeling of wanting to do something, in my case, I wanted to find this song badly. But u will feel super frustrated when u just couldnt get it? Grrr.... I had heard the songs a few time on the radio, heard the female singer telling her story over the air. How she had left home when she was young and had not been contacting her family for almost 2 years... and blah blah blah...Grrr..

Think I speak less than 10 sentence at home everyday.
Mum is always nagging about niece. From experience, it's better to shut up and not to further comment. Owise it leads to another hour of complaints.
Dad always saying inappropriate things or things that I ain't interested or simply there's nothing to comment much. Today he was talking about some news and I just closed my door ( to study). He's trying so hard to strike a conversation that make me feel kinda gulity. But I guess I'm just not in the mood.
Niece? Talking to her is a challenge. It's a blessing if she just play with herself and not make so much noise. I probably dun like kids so much as I thought. My patience is running low nowadays.
The only time I have some peace at home is after 10pm.. when I can freely use pc ( example, now) or watch tv without any disturbance. It's when dad went to bed, mum trying to make niece sleep. Pathetic I would say at times. Chaos is what I always have at home. In happy times, the house seem lively. In downtimes, it's simply add to the headaches.
Missed the time when I can still talk to my sis in our shared bedroom. But now she always talking about her work and her daughter. Talking to her seemed so much less interesting.
I seemed to spend more time in email and chatrooms. Would the ability to converse decline over time? Likely. As I sometimes just cant find the right words to describe myself or to convey the right message at the right tone.
Did I say wrong things again today? I'm just trying so hard to convert thoughts to words. Apparently, my vocab is limited. Guess I better learn to shut my gaps.
Some things are meant to be left unspoken. If certain behaviour need to be "requested" through words, perhaps it will lose its significance.

Yeah! Shares are making $$$$. A decent amount that I'm pretty satisfied. But of coz more is always better. Ha..
But somehow I'm too prudent or gan cheong is a better term. I seem to always selling my shares at the slightest jump above purchase price. As such, making a "loss" by not earning the most out of the shares. I guess I'm still a greenhorn at judging the market movement. Till date, I guess I'm only relying on my luck which hopefully is endless.
In any case, I'm happy! ^_____^ ---

Being spending A LOT for the past few months. Credit cards bills had overshot the 3-digit figure.. Grr... Why did everything seem to be a necessity??
A confession I'm guilty and feeling remorseful currently:
1) A new phone - $418
2) Outstanding balance of facial package - $244
3) A new facial package signed up recently - $1,500 ( installments of 12 months)
4) Hair rebond + cut - $200+ ( A waste of $$$ indeed, considered that I superb duperb DL with the stylist!)
5) A new bag - $331
That's not all!! Considered that I spent a lot on food...that must be at least a few hundreds per month. Die! I'm such a spendthrift! Such a sin!
Argh... how am I suppose to recoup my losses??? I still have so much things that I wanna buy.
A extra Nokie battery for my new phone. It's important. Because I wanna preserve my new phone battery shelf life so cannot charge when it's not yet discharge leh! So an extra battery is definitely necessary!
A hair curler ( if possible, ceramic perm one!) It's important. Well because that stupid stylist spolit my hair, so I need to buy something to make my hair nice nice. Ren Kao Yi Zhuan. Not I say one, "chen yu" say one.
Haiz... purchases leading to more purchases. Vicious cycle. I will break this! Erm..soon... after I finish the above purchases.... =P

Went to ECP for a mini BBQ session just for me and dear. Things just dun go smoothly lor. =_="
First, we spent like 2 hours at PP. Giant was in the midst of renovating. Such a mess and we were having a tough time trying to locate all the things we wanted. Then hor, we dint really come prepare, so ended up must buy scissors, plates, aluminium foil, lighter etc. Guess wat, the bill was like $50. A decent amount for a decent meal in a decent resturant lor. So dubz huh.
2nd, when we finally reached ECP, it was oreadi like 9+pm. And the beach was like full? Yah, full because so many people came and pitched tents also!! So unromantic!! We had "neigbours" all around us lor... Well, nvm. Got to make do since we oreadi spent $50 liao.
3rd, wind too big, pitched tent difficult. But phew, it was done after much struggling with the wind and changing directions twice.
4rd, again wind too big, disposal bbq pit lan. Couldnt get the fire up. We got to use both disposal bbq pit ( I bought extra as a spare, ended up using both!! Waste $$$$!!). And the pit caught fire. As in the fire was uncontrollable. And I was almost choked by the smoke. Eyes tearing also.
5th, finally fire down ( after I poured some water on it). But the charcoal was not burning well. Hotdogs were not hot. Fishballs were not cooked in the centre. Mushrooms tasted raw. Chicken too tough and char ta. Mashmallows not crispy brown. But at this time, we were not hungry anymore...coz oreadi 1am plus.
6th, cooked food mission failed. Heng still got grapes, I thought. Guess wat, grapes were sour!!! Grr.... and we dint eat the tibits we bought also bec too late liao.
So I spent at least 4 hours to eat 4 not hot Hotdogs, 3 half eaten fishballs ( coz not fully cooked), 2 small piece char ta tough chicken strip, 4 un-BBQ mashmallow and 2 sour grapes.
What a day!! I just wanna brush my teeth and sleep. I thought that's all! But my dear neighbours were talking loudly, pacing around our tents and blah blah blah.... I think I only slept for 3 hours....................... Not enuff food, not enuff sleep... SOB SOB SOB!!!!

Met up with a fren recently. A very long-term fren indeed. We have actually known each other for almost 17 years... amazing huh? Platonic frens do exist one, okie? Keke..
Anyway, glad that he has found the gal that he likes. And happy for his decision to propose to her finally after a three year relationship. I'm quick to remind him not to "forsake" the proposal part and jump straight to making a registration for a HDB flat. Precisely, that's what many guys will do.
I must stressed that there is nothing wrong in such an approach.
Well, ya agree that if a couple have decided that they are for each other, eventually getting a shelter is the most decent decision to make. But to propose after that lose its meaning totally. Coz if the ger has agreed to register a HDB flat, definitely she will nod her head for the proposal. And knowing that the gal will agree to it, would a guy actually crack his brain to come up with a thoughtful strategy to make sure he win the fair lady's hand and a moment to remember forever?
Guess what my fren said? He said OF COZ will propose to her before registrating a HDB flat. Reason? A proposal is something that the guy formally ask for the gal's hand. A special moment to be shared only for them. Wedding is just a "show" telling all friends and relatives that the couple is now officially husband and wife. So definitely spending time and effort on the proposal is definitely more worthwhile for the couple compared to the wedding itself.

He wanted to use their favourite cartoon characters to do a short video. To catch her in surprise, by making a proposal after that. Last but not least, ended the day with a present already placed in her bedroom ( with the assistance of her sister). Right now, he was still thinking of the script for the video and as well as deciding on a special date to "launch the attack"... hee
Lesson learned? Romance need not be costly. One would just need to show his efforts that he is sincere and really love her. How? By considering her likings, by thinking of how to make that special memorable for her etc

He is a very thrifty guy, but he is willing to fork out $2+ for a diamond ring for the proposal. He also went and asked how to differentiate the different categories before deciding on one. Right now, he actually knows more abt diamond than me! Keke.. I'm glad he dint just walk into 1 jewellary shop and paid for the 1st diamond ring that he saw or the one that the pretty salesgirl recommended.

The long awaited feast ==> Hei Zu Rou!
Opportunity to try out the Japanese Black Pork finally came when dear drew his first pay in June. Well, perhaps I should just confess it was merely another excuse to pig out.. ^__^

We finally decided on a BBQ cum steamboat set. It cost $66, before GST. Luckily, we went before 1st June. Well, 2% "saving" was better than none wat...
BBQ the green chilies to add a tingy of spice to the meat we gonna BBQ later. But anyway it dint worked lah. Meat still taste like just pork... hmm.. fei hua. Lots of veges, damn healthy! But it sure helped to wash down the sin of too much meat! Haha..
Pork for BBQ ==> Suppose to wait for the fats oil to ooze out and BBQ the meat. Taste quite all right, but even better with the sweet sauce that came together!

Pork for steamboat ==> Tried to bbq them, but failed! Why? Because they were simply too thinly sliced. The meat would just stuck to the bbq plate lor.. So we got to kuai kuai followed instructions to boil the meat in the steamboat instead lor. There were actually 2 kinds of different meat....
