GRRRRrr...

Kenak " Niao" by the bitch again...

Only know how to talk and sit inside her office. Wonder whether she's handicapped or wat... A handicapped can do more than she does. At least the blind man in the underpass tunnel can sing, can play keyboard, guitar, drums etc

First, she dunno how to send email to the auditee. I got to send email on her behalf to a DEPUTY DIRECTOR (DD) , telling the DD that SHE is concerned abt the audit status, that SHE wants to meet up with the DD.

( P.S SHE is a PC idiot. My word document has mark-up function. And she actually called me into her room and ask whether printing out the document will reflect all the track changes. OMG!!!!!!! Kill me please.. how to work with such " Act-smart-but-really-dumb-boss"??)

Second, she only know how to sit inside her chair and tell u " I dun like this", " I dun like that". Then u are suppose to try and crack sth, to amend the report until she likes. She never offers any suggestion, any recommendation or coaching. Yes, I knew we are suppose to work independently. But when discussion, should not there be 2 way communication? If I'm suppose to guess wat the hell you wan ( which I doubt you know what you want), and submit everything nice nice to you ar...then wat are u suppose to do? Sign off as reviewer for all the work I do?????

YOU are not even fulfilling a role as a VP, should not you try to take up some responsibilites like a manager do???

Today even lagi best... she told me " To write the report as if you are writing to a President". What the hell does that mean??? HEH come on lah.. I'm only a small fry in the department. The lowest rank. And you ask me to write to a President??? If I know and if I can, I will be in YOUR position!!! You only pay me peanuts... NOT YOU. The company only pay me peanuts, yet wan me to take up YOUR responsibilities. I curse you to the end of hell.

@#$%%&*##@ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's a better job than having a high title ( Vice - President, IA) without any responsibilities? Well, that's basically what's my " DEAR" boss enjoys ... Let's recall her job scope:

Her job excludes:

1) Reporting to Audit Committee ( There's another VP doing that)

2) Reviewing audit workpapers

3) Liaising with auditees ( clearing of audit report & findings, corresponding with auditees)

A bit elaboration: She will ask us ( low position) to chase after auditees at VP level. Hello?? Brainless Bitch, do you think a VP will bother about replying my email? Can I instruct the VP to revert to me by a dateline??? I can only chase ppl at my own level!! If I do all what you are suppose to do, then what do you do everyday?????

Her job includes:

1) Shifting work from her pet to other less favourable staff like us who dunno how to bootlick her

2)Delegating her presentation ( e.g presentation to management committee) to us ( brainstorming the discussion topics, creating powerpoint slides)

3) Editing audit report ONLY ( I can draw tortoise in my workpapers, without anyone knowing as basically NOBODY review my workpaper!!! She only looks at my audit report, a 6-7 page report rather than my 2 files of workpapers!!)

4) Calling us at our handphone asking how the status of JOB A, B,C etc EVERYDAY

Hello? Brainless BITCH, You just called yesterday noon and now this morn, you asked abt the status again????? USE YOUR BRAIN, PLEASE! Or maybe I should give u ginko nuts to help you remember things better? Or perhaps you do not even own a bit of brain cells that ginko nuts can even help?????

5) Twisting her words, and malign me for things that I never commit:

I told her on monday that I will be doing the follow-up on tuesday ( which I planned to spend only half a day in the noon). Lunchtime today, she called me at MY handphone, asking me where am I. When I told her I'm at BSH office this morn, and will go to AMK in the noon. She said " What are you doing in BSH? I tot you said you are going AMK?!?"

Yes, old grandmother. I said I'm going AMK, but I dint say exactly when! Why must u raise your voice like I commit a crime?? I go toilet must tell u mah???

6) Pushing her responsibilites to us..

Big Boss ( Lao Da) email her ONLY to ask her abt the status of JOB X. She knew the status as I been telling her ( coz she kept email, call ar) that client had been slowed, and every alternate days I've been updating the status and cc to the whole world including herself. Then she forward that email meant for her to me! And revert to Lao Da then we will produce the report by 30 April.

Heh, your job is not to ask me status for fun and then when Lao Da ask, u only know how to make unrealistic commitment to him. YOU AS A BOSS, in the first place, should be on our side. If nobody take actions on our words, should you do sth instead of pressuring us???? Shdnt you explain or discuss the situation with him??

Comically, when i told her the auditee is on study leave from today onwards without informing us. She asked me back," so how?" Wah pian.... She really there as a dummy.. DO NOTHING AT ALL but ask question... I'm telling you the difficulties I'm facing lor!!! If you cant help me at all, then for god sake, stop asking questions and status!!

And best! She reminded me of Lao Da's email. I really feel like telling her, Lao DA WANNA NIAO YOU. WANNA TELL YOU HOW INCAPABLE YOU ARE. CAN YOU BE A BIT SMARTER? YOU THINK HE DUN HAVE HIDDEN MEANING WHEN HE SENT THE EMAIL TO YOU ONLY AND NOT TO US. YOUR JOB IS NOT THERE TO PASS MESSAGE ONLY!!!

7) Surf net, read newspaper

8) HAHAHAHA..... Well, she got this witchy laughter...

Mis comm

I just wanna meet up. I dun even mind seeing each other everyday, even though it's not a must.

When I know I might not be able to meet up with you on weekend, I ask to meet up on weekday.

When I know u cant meet on weekday, I have to tell u I'm not available on weekend and ask u along.

When u seem uninterested to join me at all, I have to suggest meeting thereafter.

Am I trying too hard for attention? Am I asking too much to grant at least a meeting once a week?

When I said " Why I always the one initiate outing?", it's actually a form of " sa jiao" for more attention. The real intention is not to penalize, but a hunger for more attention. Dun u realise the hidden wordings? Dun u know u cant take a ger's statement literally, but to feel for her real intention?

I wonder if I have not tell u I'm not available on weekend, would u suggest plans for it? It's hypothetical. An answer unknown forever.

You said you are sad that I deem whatever you done void and null, by using words like " always" and "never". But that is never the intention.

The conversation started off with just a simple thought to meet up, with no hidden agenda. It's both startling and ridiculous how simple conversation evolved into a heated debate of who's wrong, who's right, who do more, who do less...

Word is really scary. It's a channel to convey message across. Conversely, it can be twisted in such a way due to receiver's interpretation and emotion that miscommunication arise.

I wanna put these all behind, to look forward.

I shdnt try so hard to get attention, but just be grateful to watever amt of attention you are willing to shed on me. Owise I will just be unsatisfied and thus unhappy.

I still have an interview tml. Unhappy :(

Proudly Presenting Japan Victories!!

~*~ Sakura and Red Bean Mochi ~*~

Came in many flavour like green tea, black sesame, strawberry etc. A pity that it will expire within a week, so I could only buy 1 box back for my parents to taste. But perhaps because of it's freshness, that's why it taste so good!

Mt Fuji Delicacy : ~*~ Cao Bing aka Mochi with Red Bean fillings ~*~

This is damn good. The Mochi skin is soft and chewy, and you can actually eat solid red bean inside. Sold cheaper at Mt Fuji, not commonly found in Tokyo city but I saw it at the convenience store at my hotel ( Sunshine Prince) at a higher price.

One of my Fav : ~* Tokyo Banana!! ~*~

Came in either original or choco favour. It's actually soft sponge cake on the outer, with banana goodies inside. Something not to be missed!

P.S This is only found at Japan Airports

1) Bai Se Lian Ren aka butter biscuit with choco/milk choco fillings. A Specialty from hokkido, bought at Narita Airport

2) Hello Kitty pastry. Red Bean Filling again. Was contemplating whether to buy this or not since it's seem normal compared to the other goodies. But just couldnt resist the cute hello kitty shape though. Finally decided to buy at Narita Airport on the trip back

3) Another impulsive purchase due to the pretty jap gal box.

4) Red Bean ( Ha, again!) filling mochi bought in a cake shop along the street

FOOD! Lots of Mochi, Biscuits!!

1) Lots of Hello Kitty Purchase! From pencil, hairphone accessories blah blah blah

2) Hair clips accessories at a shop that sold everything at 50%! Bought all the above at only S$7. Cheap cheap ^_^
